BUILDING ALOHA STATEMENT OF CLARIFICATION

To ensure the public record is accurate, Building Aloha has provided clarification regarding reporting published on June 6, 2026.

Sacramento, CA — Building Aloha, – 501(3)(c) non profit organized a charitable campaign to assist individuals and families affected by flooding and related hardship in Hawaii. The campaign was conducted to raise funds and provide direct relief support for community members in need. Building Aloha’s Oahu Flood Relief Campaign operated from March 28, 2026 through May 15, 2026, providing assistance to families impacted by the storms through the generosity of donors, community partners, and volunteers, raising $10,000.

The campaign was led by Building Aloha and supported by community partners including Move By Mana, Inc. and Keiki O Ka Aina Family Learning Centers. Additional support was provided through the volunteer efforts and community networks of Pacific Savagez MC, Islandz Savagez Car Club, All Islands United, California businesses, and individual donors across the nation, committed to helping affected families begin the recovery process. Move by Mana, Inc. supported the charitable efforts with operational and administrative assistance, Keiki O Ka Aina assisted by helping identify families impacted by the flood so that relief could be directed to individuals and households with demonstrated need. 

Volunteers from the Pacific Savagez Motorcycle Club assisted with community outreach and distribution efforts. 

Islandz Savagez Car Club and All Islands United assisted with donation seeking, giving and raising awareness at live California events.

“The need for these funds was urgent, and we appreciate the community coming together to help. Keiki O Ka Aina’s assistance in identifying impacted families, along with the volunteer support from the Pacific Savagez MC, was inspirational and helped ensure relief reached those most in need,” said Kamaka Luke, President of Building Aloha.

Building Aloha is grateful to the donors, volunteers, and community partners who supported this effort. The organization remains committed to transparency, accurate public communication, and service to the community.
